  • AB氧化溝工藝

A-B氧化溝是基于綠晨公司開發應用于工業廢水處理的防止污泥膨脹AB反應器。在AB段中,游離(膠體狀的)菌體將迅速地氧化掉可生物降解COD,但不會降解那些難以降解的COD。AB反應器中生物菌體的活性由其很高的氧攝取速率,其值約為100-200 mg O2/ kg MLSS.h。而在普通活性污泥系統中此速率僅為5-10mg O2/ kg MLSS.h。它充分利用微生物在對污水中有機物生物轉化初期,即水解酸化階段所產生的大量易降解物質,如小分子揮發性脂肪酸(VFA),在AB段中形成有利于高活性微生物的生長環境。



A-B氧化溝工藝在氧化溝的基礎上引生物選擇器,達到抑制絲狀菌膨脹、降低運行費用的效果。AB氧化溝工藝技術的主要優點在于:

1)處理流程簡單、構筑物少,可比傳統活性污泥法少建污泥硝化池、鼓風機房等。雖然AB氧化溝工藝曝氣時間長、容積大,但整個處理廠占地與傳統活性污泥法相比并不增加。

2)處理效果好且穩定可靠,前置生物選擇器可以有效地抑制絲狀菌膨脹。

3)好氧與厭氧反應段交替運行,不僅可滿足BOD5SS的排放標準,電耗少,運行費用低。

5)對高濃度工業廢水有稀釋能力,即能承受水量、水質的沖擊負荷,對不易生物降解的有機物也有較好的處理效果。

5)污泥生成量少,且已在曝氣池中得到好氧穩定,污泥處理簡單,不需設污泥硝化系統。

6)構造簡單,采用機械設備少,管理十分簡便,且運行安全可靠。
